Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your bracelet must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@therescuetails.com with your order number
- We'll provide you with a return shipping address
- Ship the item back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping costs)
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
Refund Processing Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items If your bracelet arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@therescuetails.com with photos. We'll send you a replacement at no cost, and you won't need to return the damaged item.
International Returns International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
